I have an Arc Ultra via HDMI to the tv and use the Era 100 via Bluetooth as an extended speaker - not surround sound. The Era sometimes connects to the Arc and plays perfectly, but after a while it disconnects from Bluetooth and keeps connecting to HDMI on the app (which is is not connected via HDMI) and the sound disappears? How can I get the Era and Arc to sync every time I turn on the TV - or press the Era and turn on when the Arc is playing?
Connecting Arc Ultra and Era 100

Hi
If the app shows the Era 100 as “not connected”, then there may be other issues at work here. Also, I do not know what a “cloud button” is.
Please note that if you remove a speaker from power, it will not still be grouped (not paired - that is something entirely different. You can see a list of Sonos terms at my Sonos Terminology article - I recommend you do so as it can get confusing when different terms are used) when turned back on. And, if a speaker has difficulties with remaining connected to WiFi, it may also be removed from the group for that reason.
