connecting ARC to projector that doesnt support eARC

Hiya, can anyone advise how to connect Sonos ARC ultra to a projector that only has HDMI to get the most out of the soundbar, I currently have a PlayBase and Mini Sub connected to said projector.

Looking online apparently something called a matrix splitter is recommended but it’s as clear as mud, I’ll be wanting to connect a SKY Q 2TB box to hopefully get the full Dolby Atmos experience.

The Arcana HD Fury is the most popular audio extractor used to get Dolby Atmos with non-eARC devices:

There are others, that are less expensive, and I would suggest doing some research.
