Question

Combining 2 systems into a single system

12 x Sonos One SL speakers split into two levels, 7 on one level and 5 on the other.  I set them up as one single system and somehow now they are split into two separate systems with 2 separate playlists?  How can I combine them back into a single system without having to factory reset each speaker I want to join back into the main system?  They are installed in hard to reach spots.

A Sonos device can only be switched between Households (which you currently have two of) with a factory reset. You could use my iOS app (see profile) to play playlists between the two systems if you don’t want to fix the underlying issue.
