How to connect my Samsung QN75Q900 TV, Dish Hooper, and Arc Ultra/

On the QN75Q900 TV box the eARC port is an “In” not an “Out” which I believe would allow me to connect to the ARC Ultra soundbar.  The Dish Hooper box only has HDMI which use as an output to connect to the QN75Q900 and there is an Optical (Digital Audio Out)

The eARC is the connection for the Ultra.
Although it is marked as in input, ARC stands for “Audio Return Channel”. It sends the audio out from the TV to a connected audio device, such as a soundbar or a receiver.

The HDMI-eARC port is both and In and an Out.  ARC stands for Audio Return Channel.  This means the audio is returned to the device from the HDMI input.
