I’m sorry for writing this as I know this subject has been discussed before; however, it’s annoying, and there is no good reason to put up with it! I only have the Sonos system about a month. I bought the Beam and then added the subwoofer. Why would I spend over $1000 for supposedly a first class system and have it turn on whenever it feels like it. I have no speakers, only a television is connected to this system. I do not have Spotify. I have Amazon music which I haven’t even activated. As a customer, it’s not my job to do anything except use the equipment as it was designed. It’s not designed to wake me at all hours when it decides to turn on. I turn the volume down on my television before turning it off. The TV and the Beam are controlled by a Comcast remote. I tried to de-program the remote but that didn’t help at all. Next step is brain surgery. Paying all that money will not stop me from throwing the damn thing out the window or giving it away. IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBLiITY TO CORRECT A SONOS TECHNICAL PROBLEM!. I would like Sonos, or someone who fixed a similar problem (THERE ARE MANY WHO COMPLAINED) to give me a suggestion as to a solution. The Sonos operating room is ready for surgery!
