Audio cutting out getting worse

I posted a while back about my Arc cutting out for about a second periodically. Research suggests my Samsung Q80T might be the culprit.

In the last week or so the odd second has become a much more frequent 4 to 6 seconds.

Time to call it in I think. Anyone else experiencing this?

I’m sorry to hear that your situation has worsened. Does the audio cut out while playing music or while watching TV (or both)?

I’m sharing our very helpful Support Article in regards to Wireless Interference and how to reduce it.

Prior to your call with our Support team, please submit diagnostics within 10 minutes of the audio cutting out and note the number.

I hope they can help you get it sorted.
