Hmm, here in Europe it's not sold out..
Can't you order it and have it sent when it's back in stock?
Or get an email when it's back in stock, pretty sure the code doesn't just expire but otherwise contact Sonos and see what they say. If nothing else, you can probably get a new code if the old one expires and you haven't been able to order it.

I had the same issue. I got on live chat with a Sonos rep who escalated it to another department. Sonos emailed me later that same day and said the Arc wall mount is not in stock and they will not be getting more, they said I could order the Arc Ultra wall mount and it will work properly. I will post back when I get it in. I would suggest you try this route.

It fits in general and the Arc Ultra can be mounted with it. But it’s slightly different regarding to its dimensions so that Arc Ultra doesn’t cover the mount 100%. If you like to get the best design, I will recommend the original Arc Ultra mount.

I must have worded this wrong. I have the Sonos arc and the mount is not available. Will the Sonos arc ultra mount work on the Sonos arc??

@sonojimstuff

You can order the Arc Wall mount from this retailer.  Be sure to enter your zip code to order from the store closest to you. Limited quantities so act fast!

And it’s unlikely forum moderators who would be in this forum have access to data about restocking in the various warehouses.

Since the Arc is EOL, it would not surprise me the Sonos wall mount will not be restocked. Other manufacturers like Flexson would maybe keep selling their support for longer.

OK I give up, looks like the sonos arc wall mount is not going to be available on the sonos site. Sad as this was included in the price I paid. Poor customer service. I went ahead and found it on Amazon and it was ½ the cost as Sonos had it retailed.

Did you complain to Costco?

I will but Costco is not the supplier of this mount, it comes directly from Sonos. I have been a member of Costco for 20 years and trust me they will respond.

@sonojimstuff

You’re saying you bought an Arc from Costco with the understanding that it came with a free wall mount? That’s strange that Costco would acquire “X” amount of Arc’s and not the same amount of wall mounts to support the promo.

Could the promo have been to purchase an Arc and receive a voucher towards the purchase of a wall mount direct from Sonos? If so those types of promo’s are not guaranteed and are valid depending upon manufacture supply. Meaning “X” amount of wall mounts were earmarked for the Costco promo while supplies last. That being the case neither Costco nor Sonos are liable. Please re-check the Costco promo guidelines (fine print).

In any case you may have recourse against Costco but not Sonos.

You are incorrect. I have the Sonos card in hand and it says available until July 2025 on Sonos.com and only applies for the arc wall mount. There is nothing about until supplies last or any mention from Costco. You are obviously an employee of Sonos and have little insight into this issue. Again no problem, I purchased it third party and now I contact Costco. Who said anything about liability??? Costco stand behind their sales and product, it looks like Sonos doesn’t. My two cents.

You are obviously VERY frustrated. However,You need to re-read my comments as you have taken them completely out of context. For the record I’m not a Sonos employee. But that seems to be the standard reply when OP’s don’t like the replies to their post that may suggest a misunderstanding on their part. However, if you have the Sonos card (whatever that is) then by all means have it. I hope you get your wall mount…oh but wait… you’ve already purchased one from Amazon.

Sonos employees are clearly marked as such. Odd that you would assume someone is an employee... because they have little insight into the issue?

Anyway, it looks like someone in Sonos (maybe marketing) goofed in setting up this deal with Costco, without also making sure that Sonos would keep enough stock of the wall mounts to support the deal.  Or it clearly should have been labeled with ‘while supplies last’.  Or Costco should have gotten the shipment of wall mounts along with the soundbars.

My guess is that the expectation was that only a fraction would actually try and redeem the factor, and more than expected has done so.  And/or Sonos was hoping that consumers would end up buying additional products when they used the voucher.
