My Arc is unusable.  It won’t update and it won’t register without update  it’s now bricked   
spent ages on chat sent in logs then chat person ended chat   Eduardo M   

 

I’ve reset it

I’ve plugged Ethernet direct into the arc from router

I’ve spent hrs on chat sent in logs 

The the rep hangs up on me. 
now he unusable. 
waste of money

trued. Numerous devices to do the upgrade. 

Call support, results when you call are usually the best.

Have you tried downloading the Windows or Mac app from the Sonos website, and run the update from there? That can often update where mobiles and tablets fail.


Will try that.  I’ve tried android and apple 👍


Tried with windows same think.  Wasted so much time with this *****.  Absolute crap.  Never ever again buying their trash. Sonos is absolute trash
