arc ultra voices sound deep

Hello I have an arc ultra and sub 4 connected to a Bravia 8. Once in a while when I turn on the tv and put on a show or game to voices are all very deep sounding. Claire from modern family has a very deep sounding voice for instance. The only way to fix it is to reconnect the arc ultra via the app which is rather tedious. If that does not happen it some how is corrected in the next day or 2. Any advice or troubleshooting tips appreciated

Wait for the issue, submit a diagnostic and then call Sonos to have it examined when convenient.
