Hi
I got four groups,
All - Arc ultra and sub 4
Cinema - Arc and sub 3
Tilda - IKEA Sonos one
Master bedroom - IKEA Sonos one
Group cinema is dropping out randomly
Both when watching on connected Samsung 55” led and with Spotify and apple music services from within Sonos app.
Tried without HDMI cable from TV
Tried new HDMI cable from TV
Tried channel 1 6 and 11 from Sonos app network settings.
They tried various channels on the router wifi
All Sonos products are up to date
Also sometimes an extremely banging noise occurs from the arc in group cinema and sometimes a loud repeatedly sound like a machine gun is heard and i need to unplug the power cord to the arc.
I have tried factory reset a couple of times for all peosucts.
I just sent a diag to the support ***********
I talked to the support in Sweden a couple of times.
Please help.
