Hello, I am looking into buying the arc with a sub mini and 2 era 100s.

I had a few questions please: I would like to configure the era 100s as a surround speaker with the arc and the sub.

For listening to music I would like to switch the era 100s to stereo mode, I think I understood that there was an option for this in the application ("full" mode).

If I understand correctly the sub mini and the arc will also play with the era 100s, will there be latency if I play music from the TV with the era 100s in "full" mode, do I absolutely have to go through the app to stream the music and avoid latency?

Sorry for my english

Full mode will play through the Beam, surrounds, and subwoofer all at the same volume.  There will be no latency and you can use Airplay or direct from an app (Amazon Prime Music, Spotify Connect, etc.) to play the music.  Note not all apps can play to Sonos directly, check with your provider.

Your English is excellent.

When playing music, there will be no delay in a Sonos room that includes surround speakers, whether they are in Ambient or Full mode.

The delay only occurs when using the TV (digital) input, and grouping another room. The surrounds will still be in sync with the soundbar, the delay will be heard with other ‘rooms’ that have been grouped. When streaming music to the speakers, using Sonos’ own app, or Bluetooth, that ‘delay’ has already been paid for all rooms, so they will all be in sync.

thank you for your answer and for the compliment for my English but it comes from google translate ^^

If I understood correctly the problem of latency will not arise it is a good thing.

For the full mode I read somewhere that for the era 100 to switch to stereo mode the music must be launched from the application, if the sound comes from the TV it does not switch to stereo mode even if you have set it to "full" can you confirm this please?

Correct, TV sources will play in surround sound (if 5.1) or just from the soundbar (if stereo 2.0).  Only music sources not coming from the TV will play in Full mode.
