16.1.1 update not good ...

Woke up to sub not being connected. Hardware update available 16.1.1, typical installation issues occurred. Two total shutdowns and restarts later, all hardware again online showing 16.1.1 but am still being prompted for update available.

Hi, I have an Arc and 2 X Ones with a Gen 3 Sub.

In the EQ section of the App, the L R Balance isn't working and the loudness toggle isn't either - any suggestions? Having the balance working would be so helpful Tks

I have 3x Sonos One. Since the update of the app I get 2 different radiostations at the same time.

Resetting the One's doesn't help. It's fucking irritating that a working system is fucked up by an update

Just register to say that thanks to update to 16.1.1 my 2.5 years old sonos beam gen 2, stopped working and seems completely dead with flashing white light. Support gave me nothing but a 30% discount to buy another one so yeah, fantastic situation. A very recent beam (< 2 months, different hardware version) gen 2 has been updated without any issue. No powercycles or network issues in the process, looks like the update won’t work with old models.

Just wanted to update that, after contacting with Sonos by email, they scalated my case and made an exception and replace my beam for free. Even been 6 months out of warranty.

New one is running a different hardware version and the update didn't cause any problem.

The Sonos update from Sonos1 app to new app is fu@@@8 nightmare!! The controls lag beyond the pale !!! WTF Sonos????
