surround sound with Beam
We have set up the Beam and added a pair of Play 1s but now very little sound comes out of the Play 1s. They were very forceful before individually and as a pair but now as surround speakers they are feeble! Is that right?

Check room setting/ advanced/ room/ surround settings. You can adjust output gain there. I have mine at 65% or so. Some shows I watch have very little surround. For music there is a setting Full or Ambient in same section. Full setting will help if you were refering to music being minimal on the surrounds.

Thank you! It must be the TV programmes we tried it with as working perfectly with music ( should have thought of trying that first!!) Much appreciated.
