Sonos Beam Volume Control via Roku remote
Hi, my Beam won’t pair with the remote for my TCL (55P607) — standard Roku/TCL remote. Won’t recognize it, so I can only control within the app. Replaces batteries on remote, and connection appears to be strong. Any suggestions?

Hi there,
Welcome to the community. Are you using the enhanced remote? If so, it looks like that remote only uses RF to communicate instead of IR. The Beam can only accept IR remote commands.

Hey, thanks. That makes sense. So in order for it to work in tandem with the TV, would I have to buy a new universal remote?
