Sonos beam not working with Samsung tv

New Beam not working with hdmi or optical cable have tried both can't see a hdmi arc output just a Dvi output
Music works fine but not the TV I have a sky box

Found out that hdmi is arc port but only the black and white shapes and patterns come up no sound on tv

Sorry hdmi port 2 is the arc port
