The fact this happens after one hour, makes me think it’s perhaps a TV ‘power saving’ feature. I would see what happens when you switch off power-saving options on the TV. If you can’t find such options in the TV settings, then I would check the user manual, or perhaps speak to your TV manufacturers support desk.
