After about an hour there’s no audio and the only way to get it back is to power cycle the arc.

After about an hour there’s no audio and the only way to get it back is to power cycle the arc.

The fact this happens after one hour, makes me think it’s perhaps a TV ‘power saving’ feature. I would see what happens when you switch off power-saving options on the TV. If you can’t find such options in the TV settings, then I would check the user manual, or perhaps speak to your TV manufacturers support desk.
