Is the Arc not eligible for upgrade discount credits? I see the unit on my systems tab but not under upgrade. Only my two ONE SL.
Same email address used on app and Sonos.com.

If you contact Sonos Sales they will honour the 15% credit over the telephone if you did want to place an order.

The upgrade eligibility on the website for the Arc and also Sub (Gen 3) needs to be updated so that the user can elect to upgrade those eligible devices online.

No, the Arc is too new of a product to qualify for ‘upgrade’ status.

But according to this page it should be?

https://www.sonos.com/en/upgrade

I don’t see the Arc listed on that page as an eligible product? And I do have two Arcs. And even if I log in, go to my account’s ‘upgrade’ page, while there are several of my speakers which are eligible, the Arcs certainly don’t show up.

In the approaching season I expect that there will be sales discounts that will approach the magnitude of the upgrade credit. “Credit” or “discount”, the bottom line will be about the same.

Interesting. When I look at my system on a web page, logging in to www.sonos.com, I do not get offered a 15% discount. I’ve never looked in the controller, as that would make things more challenging for me, but I can’t explain the discrepancy shown. Your best bet would be to call in, and talk to a rep, who has access to the latest, and most ‘correct’ information, rather than a crowdsourced response from the public, who doesn’t have access to the sales information.

I think the upgrade credits have gone somewhat wrong at present. I have a 30% credit on my account from an old Gen 1 Play 5 upgrade. Had it for ages, and it’s always shown the correct discount against store items. But at the moment it doesn’t, store wide. So definitely call Sonos because I don’t think the online discounts are currently accurate.

Talked to support today and you’re indeed correct. The sales team will honour the credit if you want to place an order.

All my products were too 'new' to qualify for the program according to the agent I spoke to, they wouldn't even offer any discount.

Talk about a kick in the proverbial teeth.

As some customers are getting their 15% when they call the sales team and the fact that it says 15% on the products eligible page I’d feel the same way.

What annoys me even more is that in the UK, it is £999, but in France for example it is €999.. equivalent to around £831 at the moment...
