Hi. To start, I have the full setup with the Arc paired with the two SL’s and the sub. I’ve had this setup for about two months now. While watching a movie last night I could have sworn I heard something funky in a left to right audio pan on a scene. Because of which I fired up channel/panning tests on YouTube and one Netflix. Every front left/right test is REVERSED! When left/right rear speaker tests run they are correct accordingly. I am absolutely baffled. I almost want to believe the left/right channels were wired reversed when being assembled in production. Seeing how there is no way to change the channels via software, what am I supposed to do?

I’m going to hazard a guess that your Arc is upside down. It’s a little hard to tell, because the word Sonos looks the same in both orientations, but the “button” indicators should be facing up.

If you use the L/R balance slider in the Controller, is the assignment correct? I assume that you have ARC installed right side up.
Since there are multiple speakers involved in L/R, it’s hard to imagine a simple miswiring could completely swap channels.

I almost wanted to write in my original post, to state the obvious no - it is not upside down. I don’t have it wall mounted, sits on a stand and there’s only one way for it to sit. Sonos engraving on the top-center is facing me, center buttons are towards the bottom, power indicator/microphone button are on the bottom left and the HDMI/power cables are in the rear.
Any surround sound test fires the ‘left test’ on the right side of the Arc, and vice versa. Center is center naturally. I am completely baffled.

From your description it sounds like you have it the wrong way around - the mic and it’s LED are top right, not bottom left.

Holy ****! This is what happens when you allow your wife to setup the Arc placement, and me for being just as dumb not to realize it was seating wrong. This makes so much sense as to why it would tip over forward so damn easily. Wow. I hope I go on the record as ‘dumbass post of the year award’. Smh. Thank you so much guys.

Ah well at least it’s sorted… It now just makes me wonder how many others out there may have their Sonos Arc set the wrong way around🤔?
Also makes sense as to why I wasn’t quite so impressed initially, main complaint being I wasn’t hearing the vastly wide soundstage this thing was reported to punch for a soundbar. Duh, because my front channels were firing straight up into the ceiling! If you guys haven’t experienced Atmos audio firing directly towards you, boy you’re missing out! 😅
I guess it’s somewhat of an ‘easy’ mistake when seating the bar, as the rear has that same rubbery placement texture the bottom has - albeit much skinnier, hence the thing tipping over so easily when we had it set like that.
