Samsung tv stopped working with beam

My tv has been working fine with hdmi arc to beam plus sub and play1 rears. Yesterday the tv reverted to its own speakers. I changed settings to use hdmi again and it worked. Now it’s happened again but I can’t get same fix to work. It says connecting and takes some time but no audio from the Sonos speakers. Any ideas? Could it be a sonos update has affected connection?

Unlikely that it would have anything to do with the Sonos update. I’d try unplugging the TV from the wall for 2 minutes. Then plug it back in and test.
