my Beam and two One's work fine but no sound on a UHD channel.

No sound SKY Q UHD, it works on all other channels

Perhaps you need to configure the Sky box to downmix to DD5.1 for the UHD channels.

All sorted, I had it on digital playback plus and when I changed it to digital playback it worked fine. Thank you.
