ARC and BEAM support 5.2. ARC has upward firing speakers to support Dolby Atmos.

 When using AMP for the front L/R in a surround Room, the configuration would be 4.2. SUB support is disabled for an AMP assigned to surround speakers.

As we have been introduced with the guide of in-Ceilling speakers, we saw that it is possible to obtain 5.1.2 channel system with 5 in-Ceilling speakers and one Amp. But I was wondering, will we get Sub effect with this system?

This must not be a Sonos system, there is no Sonos opportunity to get 5 in ceiling speakers in a home theater paradigm  using a single Sonos Amp.

The answers given above are correct, for a 5.1.2 Sonos setup your best option would be Arc + Sub + Amp and 2 ceiling speakers. Or if you were looking for an entirely ceiling speaker based setup a 4.1 configuration with 2 Amps, a Sub and 4 ceiling speakers is possible (we wouldn’t recommend an odd number of passive speakers wired to an Amp). In order to get the dedicated low frequency channel in any case this would require a Sub.

As I have re-checked from user guide of ceiling speakers, there is configuration guide of 5.1.2 channel sound system. So, I am confused. Can we use one Amp and 5 ceiling speaker as 5.1.2 sound system, or we cannot?

No. Each AMP has connections for a Left and Right speaker. (A 2.0 setup) You could connect two pairs of speakers to AMP, but there would still only be Left and Right sound.  If you want surround sound, you’ll need two AMP’s and use four ceiling speakers or one of the bars and one AMP with two ceiling speakers.

In any of these configurations you could add a SONOS SUB.

SONOS does not support either of the configurations shown in your diagrams.

The two diagrams are showing a 5.1 and 7.1 in-ceiling setup. If you want a 5.1.2 in-ceiling setup, or the setups shown in the two diagrams, you need to get a non-Sonos AV receiver that supports a 5.1, 7.1, or 5.1.2 speaker setup.

The only way to get a 5.1.2 setup using some in-ceiling speakers and only Sonos components is with the Arc/Sub/Amp setup mentioned in the previous post.

Here is a SONOS article showing how to set-up AMP in surround systems. Notice that there are only two sets of speaker terminals on the rear of the unit.

It is possible to use ceiling speakers in the front, but I do not recommend doing this because the sound and picture will seem to come from different locations. This will be somewhat disorienting for most viewers.

Your ONLY option for a 5.1.2 home theater setup using only Sonos speakers and components is with a Sonos Arc + Sonos Sub + two surround speakers.
