Home Theater with in-Ceiling speakers

Hello,

We would like to create 5.1.2 channel Home Theater system with Sonos Ceiling speakers. As we have done some research, we see that it is not possible to get both surround and Sub effect with only one Sonos Amp. So we were wondering, should we use 2 Amps and 5 in-Ceilling speakers for 5.1.2 channel system?

If not, it is possible to use Sonos Arc, Sonos Sub, Sonos Amp and 2 in-Ceilling speakers as Home theater and also 5.1.2 channel system?

Is it possible to get Sub effect from only in-Ceilling speakers?

It would be great if we can get an answer.

Your ONLY option for a 5.1.2 home theater setup using only Sonos speakers and components is with a Sonos Arc + Sonos Sub + two surround speakers.

These Sonos products can be used as surround speakers:

NOTE: Only products of the same model can be used together as surround speakers.
