Hi, Dolby Atmos is now not showing in the S2 app anymore.

 

I’m using Netflix from my Sony KD-65XH9005, it was working before and had the name in the tv bit but recently it’s just saying 5.1

its also stopped saying it when I’m watching football in UHD on sky sports, it did say it in the app the as well.

 

 

What specifically are you watching on Netflix? Are you sure that specific football broadcast on Sky is in Dolby Atmos?


Hi yes about the football, it’s only in the ultra HD and has always shown up in the app before.

 

 


What specifically were you watching on Netflix? Have you tried unplugging your TV and Arc from power for a minute or two?
