Can you adjust EQ for individual Sonos Products in the same group?

I have a Arc, and 2 x era 100’s in my “Tv Room”. the era 100s are set up as surrounds to work with the arc.

however, i can’t find an option to EQ only the arc, or only the Era 100’s. it seems the EQ applies to all devices in the TV room. is this normal?

Yes, it’s normal on Sonos - the Arc & it’s bonded surrounds are shown in the App as a single room and the room EQ settings applies to all the HT speakers.
