Sonos has only gotten more difficult to move and re-setup.  Done. done. Done.  I don't even care if I can resell the system I've purchased, just ready to unload it.

Hi @Xaoc, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having trouble with your Sonos system.

If you’re moving your devices to a new network, then you’d want to follow the steps listed in our support article for Connecting Sonos to a new router or WiFi network. However, if you’re just moving them to a different location in your house while on the same network, and you’re having trouble getting them re-connected, then that’s something we can look into and help you resolve.

If you can provide more details on what is going wrong and where the process is failing, then I or other community members can reply with helpful troubleshooting steps. Otherwise, you can reach out to our support team for live troubleshooting assistance.

I hope this information helps!
