Hi! Playbar connected to Samsung tv. No real issues for several years since new. Suddenly the volume increases to max automatically. Whenever I press almost any button on Samsung remote this happens. I’ve done complete Wi-Fi reset. Tv reset. Remote reset. Playbar reboot and reset. No fix yet. Can anyone help? Thank you!!

As a guess, a firmware update to the TV itself reset the way the remote works. I’d go through the original process of setting up the remote again. Samsung has been known in the past to change from IR to using their “smart remote” system, which switches it back to Bluetooth, which the PLAYBAR can’t read.
