The vocal is very soft and when the surround comes in the police will knock my door .

If you know the fix then answer do not teach me something that I know and sorry if I offended anyone because i need a fix and it only can be done by Sonos as they have pushed all support to the so called R&D forum and not taking things seriously by answering directly.
It still doesn’t really explain why you posted on a public forum and not expect a reply from a user. But Sonos staff do monitor these forums, so I’m sure they’ll get back to you at some point in time.

The police knocking on your door probably has more to do with the Sub than the surrounds. Do you live in an apartment complex?
Have you performed TruePlay tuning? You can also try turning on Night Sound and Speech Enhancement and adjusting the EQ.

Sonos Customer Care (= Support) and Product Department (= Engineers) are separate branches.

If there’s a specific technical query you have then please let us know, or get in touch with our support team. As others have stated, this is an open community of Sonos users willing to help each other. There are Sonos staff on these boards (like myself) but we’re not product engineers. We can, however, pass on feedback to the relevant departments when provided.

+1As a user I need a permanent fix not trial and error and I am sure you would want the same ,
my issue is the arc vocal (center speaker) is very soft . The vocal is not thrown out please fix that .
