Apple TV Dolby Atmos Sonos Arc

I have an Apple TV 4K, and I currently have a Sonos Beam. my LG TV supports eArc, but the TV does not support Dolby Atmos. If I get the Sonos Arc, will the Dolby Atmos sound from the Apple TV pass through the TV, or does the TV need to support Atmos for that to work? I only play video content from the Apple TV, so I’m not going to upgrade the TV.

If your LG TV is equipped with eARC, then Dolby Atmos audio will be able to pass through your TV to the Sonos Arc.
