Hi,
I lost the airplay functionality when the sonos one are paired as a stereo surrounds of my Sonos Bar.
is this normal?

If using a playbar then yes. That is the main speaker and the One’s are just bonded as surrounds. You would need to group them to retain airplay or be using a playbase/beam (which also support airplay)
