I have an Arc, sub mini which are connected. There’s a move in the room also and I’m getting an Era300, will I be able to do a 5.1 set up with the move and Era300?

No. MOVE cannot be used for surround. You need two identical surround capable speakers. A pair of ERA300’s could be used as surrounds.
