true cinema missing from app

TrueCinema is missing in the app. I've succesfully updated the Beam(gen2) and the Ace but I still missing the TrueCinema item on TV Swap menu.

I figure it out! Beam must be disconnected and reconnected from wifi and Voici! Now it runs perfectly!

Try signing out of the app and sign back in, force quit and re-open the app to see if the feature then shows.

I don’t know much about the Ace headphones but is TrueCinema dependent on the sound format of the content? ie. does it need to be Dolby Atmos content to see the option? Are you watching content that provides for a TrueCinema experience

No, think of the option being visible in the app similar to Trueplay but for the headphones.

The option should always be visible after the account has been flagged for the update/feature.

You could try deleting the app from your device then downloading again from the store for a fresh install.
