I have an issue with my Sonos Ace update.
The Sonos app shows "Update Available," but when I tap "Update," it says, "Your Sonos Ace is up to date." This notification loop won't go away.
I have already tried extensive troubleshooting, including:
 * Rebooting all devices (router, phone, Ace).
 * Reinstalling the Sonos app.
 * Performing a factory reset on the Sonos Ace.
None of these steps have fixed the problem.
Is this a known issue, and is there a solution?

Is it saying a general update is available or something specific to the Ace? Are all of your Sonos devices also updated? Devices and all controllers (apps) need to be up-to-date.

Hi @nik9669a

Thanks for the reply.
Here’s a quick rundown of my situation:
 * The update notification is specific to the Sonos Ace.
 * I don't own any other Sonos devices.
 * My Sonos app (on iPhone) is fully up-to-date.
Even after confirming all that, and despite trying a factory reset and reinstalling the app, I'm still stuck in that "Update Available" -> "Up to Date" loop.

Are you using a adequate sized power brick? Charging from a computer can be an issue for updates.

Only other thing I see is that you have no other Sonos, don't recall seeing that come up before, might be worth a Support call.
