I’m sorry to hear that you had issues with getting a replacement Sonos Ace case.
I haven’t seen anyone else mention a broken zipper, and I haven’t had any issues with mine. I had a look into your support case and can see that you received a reply that the case is on the way and tracking is available. I hope the replacement arrives soon and if you have any further issues, please let me know.
For third party products, I would assume any headphone case that fits the dimensions of the Ace will be fine, but I personally don’t know of any specific to the Sonos Ace. My reply will put this thread to the top of the most recent topics, where other users could chime in with their own suggestions.

the zipper on the case spoils the case.
- hard to use - zipper gets stuck often.
- poor ergonomics - hard to tell where the spine is.

Yes it has arrived… Literally hours after I posted here. Thankful to Sonos for replacement..
