I made a post about this about a month back when the pre-orders went live that my blue light discount was accepted but not applied and someone told me coupons were not normally added to pre-orders but I've tried it again these last couple of days now that the official release date has been reached and it seems there's still no discount to be had.... and as I've said previously I never had this issue before when purchasing the Arc Ultra ultimate set. Has anyone else managed to get a coupon to work?

I got my Arc Ultra set without any issues using a blue light code in the past. It's clearly on the blue light app that it's 15% off Sonos products.

The code can be legitimate, but have exclusions. If you add, say an Era 100 to the basket, does the blue light discount apply only to that?
