Constant white noise – Sonoc Ace

Hello,

While i was listening to music today, there all of a sudden was some popping noises on the right side of my headphones, that lasted for like 2 seconds, went quiet and then came a white noise that started out quiet but became louder over time. 

I searched online what it could be, and Google gave an answer that it could be that I didn't update my Sonos Ace (same answer here), but didn't work for me at all. Nothing changed after I updated it.

It seems to always start out quiet and gradually gets louder, until it becomes unbearable to listen to.

    If an Ace reset and update didn't clear the issue a call to support is likely your best option.
