Problems here too with Sonos and Google Assistant.  I have 2 x pairs of One (Gen2) and an ARC with 2 x One (Gen2) surround.

All OK until yesterday when Google Assistant stopped working on both pairs of One - remains silent when `Hey Google` spoken, as if it’s not listening.    Tried reconnecting account in Google Home - no difference.

In the Sonos App (Android) under Voice Assistants, the rooms containing the pairs have disappeared and when I try to add them back in the process starts, but then keeps saying `try again`.

The Arc still works fine, so having read lots of reports of Google Assistant problems I’m reluctant to try Unlinking the Sonos account in Google Home.

Very cross as we use voice to control multiple lights, heating etc. and we’ve invested a lot of ££ in Sonos!!

A quick update. After repowering the speakers (again) this morning, I've managed to add Google Assistant to one pair with no problems at all!

The other remains resistant to all attempts.

Most annoying.

Finally got Assistant added to my second pair of Ones. Many, many attempts.

Something is definitely not right!

Having a similar problem here.  Google Assistant always says, “there was an error, try again later” when responding to a voice command, then works on the second try.  Tried deleting the App and reinstalling as recommended by Sonos Support.  Now, I can’t reinstall the App at all - getting the same “there was an error message mentioned in other posts.  This is extremely frustrating considering the Premium price for these devices ...

Quick Update:

I finally got Google Assistant working again by power-cycling my Sonos One devices and trying multiple times.  The app continues to show an error and prompts to “try again” but when I backed out I noticed GA had actually installed - so don’t give up!  Hope this helps somebody out there.

Sooooooo glitchy …. smh
