I’m using google assistant on my Arc. Often the microphone will activate by itself and the LED on the arc will light up except I haven’t said “hey google” or “okay google” and nothing resembling these words have been spoken.
I’ve tried reinstalling Google voice assistant and even tried moving the soundbar away from the TV as this had been suggested at some point.
This has been an issue ever since I bought the unit November 2022
I had the same issue that my micfrom the arc was tuning ons and of by itself. It was saying , the microphone is on, the microphone is off. I mentioned it to sonos and i could return the arc. I received an other one that does not have the issue.
The microphone is not turning off and on etc in my case.
It’s just activating by itself.
It never turns off. But I guess it might relate to the same issue.
