Hello, after few hours of research, I eventually came to the conclusion that google assistant is not supported today on Era100. - https://support.sonos.com/fr-be/article/set-up-the-google-assistant-with-a-voice-enabled-sonos-product
this is really disapointting, I expected that feature set when buying the devices. Anyway, damage is done.
I read somewhere that it is on the roadmap to support it, can you share any ETA? that would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance

From what I can see on my end, we don’t have any ETA for Google Assistant (GA) being supported on the Era 100s: I can’t say when or if GA will come to these speakers.
You can still control the Era 100 with another Sonos speaker that support GA or if you have a Google device, such as a Google Home, you can use that to send commands to the Era. This support article explains how to use a Google device to control Sonos.
