Your app is useless even after a hard reset from your roadmap.

I think the easiest way to do this is to first select the room/group where you want to play. Then go back to the home screen and select Line-In as the source.

I have my turntable as line-in on a Port and have it set to auto play to the family room stereo pair of Ones. I really don’t think about selecting line-in anymore. It is kinda confusing, I agree.

Using the factory reset to cure almost any problem is counterproductive and causes nothing but unnecessary work and accomplishes nothing but erasing valuable diagnostic data Sonos support could use to help solve issues.

If you are frustrated with Sonos you should contact them directly, this is a user to user forum with limited official presence.

They need to get WIIM to write a new interface for them…

The software for the program has been way to slow to evolve, and the early releases were completely non intuitive to find anything. It needs to be simplified like the WIIM interface. Sonos needs to add an equalizer (10 band) and it should come with presets loudness, Rock, Acoustic, Classical, Jazz,etc that you can customize. Each streaming app should also remember the prior equalizer settings if set. Need to have a SONOS version for LINUX please. Sound Sources should be in one section with a search and point and click and allow favorites. Sonos speaker sound is good but it does not touch my 2.1 Audiophile system for real sound presentation and stage and L and R sounds. Hope this helps for what to add in future releases. Oh one final is lets of bugs with the updates and techs do a good job but I have found to simply hit the reset button and you can set it backup quickly.

Sorry, but I do not agree Sonos needs an equalizer and different presets. A Sonos system is not a gettoblaster from the eighties. Sonos is about ease of use, not about tinkering. The system has Trueplay to adapt to its surroundings.

Fine then do not use and leave it flat… Which depending on what I listen to I do,  Cost of EQ to add is minimal vs just treble and bass, sorry you feel it an EQ =’s a Getto Blaster...

All done with Sonos after many years a big letdown on the software side and have moved to WIIM. Am much happier, Sonos has become stagnant and lacks any meaningful software updates.

I feel Sonos is for the set-it-up-and-leave-it-as-it-is-folks more than for people wanting to tinker every part of their system. Things like this will ad clutter to the app while not catering to Sonos’ basic customers. You may of course disagree.

I have no idea as to what your complaint is? The pic’s you posted are of a Turntable (some where in your home) connected to a Port or Sonos speaker. It’s not a “Group”. So what speaker are you trying to send Turntable audio to?
