Unable to login to Sonos app account on Xiaomi 14 Ultra.

Tried ALL workarounds but sign in just logs into a website, but not the app.

Sign in screen just go round in circles.

Cannot manage system because of this.

Sorry to hear that you’re having issues connecting to your system using your Xiaomi. I’ve had a look into our system and there’s an issue we’re aware of where certain devices, such as Oppo, Realme X2/PRO, and Xiaomi are unable to log into the Sonos app. These are the current workarounds for this issue:

  • Force close, the Sonos app, reboot the affected device, then try to log in.
  • Use a different device
  • Use the Sonos Web App

Our team are aware and are working towards a solution, but we have no ETA to share on when this will be resolved. I’ve tagged this thread as having this issue, so if there is any news or updates, I’ll let you know.


I have the same problem except I had managed to login to the Sonos app previously. Since  I have logged out on the new app I have been unable to login from a Xiaomi Mi 11 phone. 

Sonos is becoming ridiculous - Xiaomi is the second largest mobile phone manufacturer in the world. Its bigger than Apple. This isn’t some niche product their app just doesn’t work. They have lost the goodwill of all their customers.  I will never be recommending Sonos products to anyone again.
