Now that all the features that I bought my sonos speakers for are no longer available will there be a refund process to send my speakers back via?

I can no longer edit playlists, the app is unstable, no single speaker volume controls.

I work from and used to use my sonos every day since the app update I haven't used my sonos at all its unusable (amazon alexa speakers are actually more reliable and a damn sight cheaper with now the same functionality as sonos)

for some reason everyone thinks amazon or google is the go to leader in these things.  i hate both .

Sonos used to be more individual.  Now it looks as if they are wanting to be more like them.

Insecure idiots.

Steve jobs would be rolling in his grave.  As the great indivualist, would have appreciated the original sonos

I’m actually asking the Norwegian consumer council the same thing. It’s usually fairly easy to get refunds here in Norway for these things, but a lot of the speakers were bought 1+ year ago so I’m not sure I’m covered anymore.

It’s amazing that they are able to completely ruin all their speakers by just messing up their app.
