I can understand it can be difficult to fix bugs but this is a while that my wife can’t use the app on her smartphone, that randomly i can t Connect to the streaming account, that one of the device is no more playing song and without any explanation, is getting back to work.
when i see the struggle i havé in my House With sonos i don t really underground how you can Hope to sell good audio device but unusable at this price.
maybe you stil think, users are milky cows…
