Do not buy Sonos products

Never ever, not natter what you do, fall for the bulls*** hype they give. I simply does not work. It is s***.

All Sonos products and Sonos App are working just fine here - here’s a screen-capture recording showing it working in our Home - maybe it’s your network, or controller, that’s not quite up-to the mark. It’s difficult to know without you providing more information about your own setup.

Did you contact Sonos Support about the issues of your setup stopping working?

I’d suggest if things are not working for you, then it still maybe best to reproduce the issue(s) seen and then immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to help you to resolve the matter.
