Hi

 

on the Sonos.com/en-gb site there’s a tab at the top right for product releases, and on that page you can sign up to hear about updates. After entering an email address a message is shown to check inbox to verify.

 

No email is received.

 

its not in junk, or quarantine. And I have access to my Office 365 tenant and I can confirm from Exchange Mail Flow that the email was never sent by Sonos.

I think that is just signing up to receive marketing emails from Sonos, so when they choose to send out notifications of new information, you’ll receive it. I don’t think the process of signing up generates a ‘this is output current list of upcoming products/changes’.

Hmmm I don’t think so, the page is definitely to sign up for marketing updates, yes, but there’s supposed to be a confirmation email.

Interesting. Hopefully someone from Sonos will respond tomorrow, when they’re in the office.

I went to play with the US page and there doesn’t appear to be an e-mail option, just follow on Instagram.
