on the Sonos.com/en-gb site there’s a tab at the top right for product releases, and on that page you can sign up to hear about updates. After entering an email address a message is shown to check inbox to verify.
No email is received.
its not in junk, or quarantine. And I have access to my Office 365 tenant and I can confirm from Exchange Mail Flow that the email was never sent by Sonos.
