Website and phone orders not going through

Is this happening to others???

I placed an order on Sonos site on March 2nd to take advantage of 25% discound they offered via email. Received a CONFIRMATION with order number.

When it didn't arrive in when expected, and their site's order tracking page failed to ever load, I bit the bullet and called them. The rep said that it never shipped, due to issue with credit card. I never received any kind of correspondence to let me know there were any issues.

When I called Chase bank to see what may have happened, they had no record of any attempt to run my card.

Either way, while I was on the phone with Sonos rep, I placed the order over the phone directly with that same rep, using my girlfriend's entirely different credit card. The rep gave me an order number and ensured me they would send a confirmation by email. Guess what? No email. And guess what else? Tracking page still doesn't load, and the rep I called again today could not find the new order number at all.

She said she needed to work on it with the higher-ups and would email me the regarding the status. I'm holding my breath...

Anybody else having trouble placing orders?

Hmmm… that’s an interesting choice for a community name “grassynoel”. Anyway as it seems you can’t get satisfaction by calling Sonos sales you may have to escalate your issue yourself by calling Sonos Corporate.
