Hi y’all. So I just recently purchased a beam 2 last month and I want to get two era 300’s. I’m aware of the upgrade program but when I traverse the app, I don’t see anything allowing me to initiate the process. I’m really confused. I wanna get these speakers and I want to use the credit. My speaker has been registered and I have an account so I don’t know what the deal is

The upgrade credit is not initiated from the app, but from your Sonos account online.
However, as Bruce mentions, the Beam (Gen2) is not an eligible product so no discount credit is available from owning it (yet).
