Upgrade Program Issues or Ignorance

Hi y’all. So I just recently purchased a beam 2 last month and I want to get two era 300’s. I’m aware of the upgrade program but when I traverse the app, I don’t see anything allowing me to initiate the process. I’m really confused. I wanna get these speakers and I want to use the credit. My speaker has been registered and I have an account so I don’t know what the deal is

The upgrade credit is not initiated from the app, but from your Sonos account online.

However, as Bruce mentions, the Beam (Gen2) is not an eligible product so no discount credit is available from owning it (yet).

I don’t think the Beam, gen 2, is an eligible speaker for an upgrade, as it is a currently sold device.

      The Beam 2 would most likely only be eligible for a 15% upgrade credit if the information below is any indication of Sonos pass administration of the program. 

      However, at the moment the Era 300’s are 20% off on Sonos.com.

      Following agreement to the Upgrade Program Terms and Conditions, you will receive a Discount Credit in the “My Account” section of sonos.com.
