I am confused totally - all I want to do is play music and over the last 20 years I have promoted how good SONOS is to anyone at our place - we party and socialise - that’s it! - now I can not even play music from our library or our stored favourites to our visitors that we have spent huge dollars buying our songs - I am shattered and I have no idea how to explain this to our family who’ve SONOS and how it used to be so good - pls SONOS stop sending me updates on your new products as you are just opening the wound more😢

can anyone from SONOS help explain

I think this is answered in your duplicate thread:

You still have your speakers and your music.
