Sonos updated its app to give it a facelift and in the process removed the Widget that made it easier to control the volume and sonos products. Because Sonos just loves making things more difficult . . . No remote, no widget, no iOS for tru play . . . .

That and the fact they REMOVED numerals from the volume interface, meaning I can't even see what numerical value my volume is set at. What the actual f*** is Sonos doing???? My home theatre setup now has zero ability to determine its volume.
Sonos please work on the widgets for Android devices we've paid alot to be sonos owners (20 devices)
Please Sonos, don't take stuff away from people who invested big time in your products. Please just google yourself and look at the vast amounts of complaints! I do not now anybody who is happy about their sonos product now. We do not need new products like headsets before your other products work decently! No widgets anymore, volumecontrol that doesn't work and suddenly after 10seconds it does just. Stuff like that irritates people enormously. If you continue like that your fan or client base will be gone.
Hope you all figure it out soon and focus again on getting the bare basics to work. Looking out for that moment!
I completely agree with the comments above. The Android widget was my main way of controlling my Sonos system.
The new app is far inferior to the old one. Why release new software that is less functional than the existing software?
