I was one of the first to get on board with Sonos. Right at the beginning. For so long I've been loyal to my belief in Sonos. Through all of their mistakes, missteps, and disasters, I've held true to my belief in Sonos.
After all these years, I think I'm just about exhausted and done. All my Sonos products are heading to online marketplaces, with all the ever growing number of other Sonos products.
I can't understand why Sonos can't sort this out. After all the incremental improvements after "the big bad update" The interface is still total rubbish. Improvements from total unusable s***, to generally disappointing rubbish, after all this time has broken me.
I had a bunch of friends home a few nights ago, tried to wave the Sonos flag, and the system s*** itself, yet again. My friends giggled and joked, as I fetched my JBL Flip 5 to be able to spin some tunes.
I'm not surprised that Sonos makes it so hard to contact them directly. They know that they have their backs against the wall with their inability to get their tech to work. Great hardware, when you can get it to work. But so sadly, continually useless, when you just want it to work, like pretty much everything other comparable companies products do.
Why is it so hard?
Here from the start, I can't do this anymore. I simply want a system that works.
